Needs some work, there are many seams that are ripped and some of the pieces are frayed & need to be replaced. It needs a good spot treatment and to be washed. I have not washed this item bc I was afraid of damaging it. It was in storage for many years and does smell like moth balls. It is on a king size bed for reference to size. Smoke free!
