Rare spinette by Bagley of Knottingly UK, the blue frosted glass has a geometric arrow design on its four corners. A bubble can be seen in one of the pictures but no other obvious damage is noted just some normal wear from use over it's approximate 90 years. Corners on the top and center are smooth and the pointy base corners have some flea bites under magnification. The glass flower frog is in excellent condition.
