This bell is an antique, hand painted and rare. It has a teddy bear with a blue bow and a childs block hand painted on one side. It’s fairly old though I’m not sure when it’s from. It’s in pristine condition with minor wear. The clanger is in perfect condition and the bell glows under ultraviolet light from the uranium. Truly a one of a kind piece.
