I believe there are no issues for viewing.
I checked all pages, and found no noticeable stains inside.
There are stains on the top and bottom edges, please check the 4th image. None were found on the side edges.
The back cover (2nd image) may not fully convey the aging and scuffing, so please also refer to the 7th image, which has strong lighting.
