Awesome Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hand painted CELs with certification from MWS Inc. These are well loved and in need of framing. There are many small scratches on the protective film overlay that are visible in the right light, but they're still totally tubular!
One scene features Raphael and Donatello with expressions of surprise, and the other is a solo Michelangelo, looking annoyed.
